I am expecting my second baby and I'm starting to feel quite nervous. I suffered with PND with my first but didn't realise until I was out the other end and feeling better.
I felt very low, suicidal at times and unable to cope. I think it was just such a shock to the system.
I am scared I might get it again and wondered if anyone could share their experiences? Or how to prevent it?
I didn't take medication last time but when I stopped breastfeeding after one year, I noticed that's when I became myself again.
