Hi since yesterday I’ve been having random head twitches at back of my head and it’s freaking me out. I have been Suffering with neck and back of head ache and shoulders for a while I’ve been told my muscles are really tense in my neck and also have a click my jaw. I’m sure it’s all from tension but now these twitches have come on I’m Panicking thinking I have something else going on 😔 does anyone get twitches in their head? It’s weird like someone tapping my on the head fast or fast pulse not constant but keeps coming on every so often and I focus on it
