I failed my test in September and it only lasted 10 mins now I booked another one but It’s a few months off and what if I don’t pass that and I’ll have to wait for another one and get the crap embarrassing pathetic bus 😒. Its actually s having to get the bus, that would be depressing having to get it all my life I’d hate that so much. Walking round everywhere it’s actually depressing and embarrassing for me all everyone else is driving and *

Sorry you are feeling like this. Think positive about the next driving test! Have you got enough lessons you are doing at the moment? Have you passed your theory?

Spied · 18/04/2021 17:25

The fact you are proactive means it's very unlikely you'll be getting the 'crap embarrassing pathetic bus' too much longer.
Some people complain but will still be getting on the bus with their senior citizen card. You won't.

Are you American?

I don't get the bus hatred. Unless you have an exceptionally crap bus service. But you don't mention the service being crap but just that getting a bus is embarrassing.

I used to live in a city with a brilliant bus service and I loved it. It was a great way to get around. I'd love it if where I lived now had a usable bus service and I didn't need to take the sodding car all the time.

I'm 41 and still don't drive. I've decided it's time for me to learn. Yes things are taking time to get back to normal, but stay positive you will pass next time Smile

Monsterjam · 18/04/2021 17:43

Perhaps you need to move topics! Being embarrassed and down that you can’t drive doesn’t really equate poor mh

@Monsterjam that's a bit rude. Thankfully there are boards that people can write on to find help. I guess you drive and have no worries about getting the bus? I don't know but I don't judge if someone is having issues about this sort of this be empathetic don't just dismiss.
OP glad you added theory and you will be fine !I totally understand not wanting to get the bus!!!

Beebopawhop · 18/04/2021 20:05
