Hi All. Apologies for this being my first post, but I am struggling and would appreciate some advice. I have experienced anxiety/depression on and off for years and things have been relatively under control for a while, however, I really struggle with self-esteem/self-confidence at times and I worry about what others think. I think that lockdown and spending additional time on my own has had an impact and things have come to a bit of a head this weekend. I currently take 100mg of sertraline, but I am I still just feel so low at times. I do also try to do self-help things so that I am not purely relying on medication, but I am just exhausted with these negative thoughts. Does anyone else have any experience?
