I need help i'm struggling to cope, i'm 28 weeks pregnant at the moment and I'm at a point where I want to give up. Its affecting my relationship too to the point I want to end the relationship with my partner who is the father of my baby.

You speak to your midwife and get them to refer you to the perinatal mental health team. I think most if not all areas have them now.
Its very common to need mental health support in pregnancy and after so don't feel guilty or hold back. Access the support that's there for you.
With the right support, mothers usually make quicker and more drastic improvements than anyone else. So you will feel better soon.
