I have just been reading up on Arachnoid Cysts on the internet. It says , large ones are normally operated on. Mine is 4.4 x 4.5 ! That’s pretty large ? It never causes me problems and had since a young child . Very little change since 1998.
Do they not just leave them even if they are large ?
