Health Anxiety Advice

Hi All,

I wondered if anyone could give me some advice on how to deal with a bad period of health anxiety.

I believe that’s what’s been my problem for a while but I do get bad physical symptoms of anxiety - heart palpitations, dizziness, light headed etc.
I am always convinced I’m going to have some kind of medical emergency like a heart attack (I’m in my 30’s).
I recently had the covid vaccine which has sent my anxiety through the roof even though I was convinced it would be helpful as I had a fear of catching covid (of course). I can’t sleep at all when I’m like this as I keep having panic attacks which I’m always convinced is a heart attack.
Any advice for coping strategies would be great Smile thanks
