I'm suffering extreme anxiety - panic attacks - instrusive thoughts

I started on fluxotine 4 weeks ago, 1 week ago it changed from 20mg to 40mg.
I've been on 10mg propranolol 3 times a day for just over a week now.
Still having extreme panic attacks and thoughts so I've been prescribed BUSPIRONE- has anyone ever had this before for these symptoms? If so did it help??
