Homestart provide free help to families with children under 5 who are finding things difficult (or older if have a disability)
have just had first visit from my local group who have assigned a lady to come around and help me, normally takes longer to organise tho and i have been waiting for some time.
they have a site on web, but cant remember name homestart.co.uk or com i think.
hope this is useful to someone who is having a hard time
