Hi

I replied on another post but I have had 16 months of anxiety hell first being tapered of an citalopram onto sertraline after 18 years which sent me into horrific withdrawals that I didn't want to live
Fast forward to now I was feeling stronger and started therapy !!! Since the day after I am so so anxious to the point I cant breathe it is really shallow and it is like I have to concentrates on breathing ....it is really uncomfortable and scary
I just need a bit if handholding

I have health anxiety and currently have an actual health problem. My anxiety is through the roof.
Last night I felt like you. I get a kind of hollow feeling in my throat and feel like I can't get air in. I also yawn a lot during these episodes. Despite feeling weird and contemplating laying panicking on my bed
I decided to go for a walk as my heart was pounding and I couldn't sit still. It felt like I had so much adrenaline in my body I needed to just get out.
On my return my breathing issues had resolved luckily.
Sharing my experience but really I've no answers. It really is horrible and difficult to explain the sensation.
You are not alone.
