Been suffering from PND. Weather just makes it so much worse...... hate it hate it hate it

Yesterday is was sunny and lovely and I just had more energy! I was excited about today, had plans. Just wanna put my head under the bedcovers but I can't (baby and toddler to take care of......). Maybe coffee? Feel like having 3 a day these days, something that was unthinkable before!!! Can't as well.... (it seems to affect the baby) Chocolate? Maybe eating half the tub of Nutella? Struggling with post birth weight more than previous pregnancies (2 previous children born in hot sunny country).

Was just checking online. Saw something about some fancy lamps. Has anyone tried those before?

(This post feels bleurghhh, sorry, just feeling really terrible with this weather........)

Ah I am sorry you are feeling so rubbish, I agree with this awful lockdown the weather really is the saving grace. I have MH problems so understand how hard it can be to motivate yourself.

Could you put DC in a buggy and go for a walk anyway, I used to let my 2 splash in the puddles then go home get under a blanket and watch a film. I assume your DC is too young for that so maybe just a walk and a take out coffee for you? I guarantee you will feel better, no effort required in this weather either a woolly hat and coat and you are good to go

Don't know about the SAD lamps though. Hope you have a better day than tomorrow.
