Anyone else get this? Got it this evening and it just reminds me how many times I've had this over the years through school years and then work and now parenthood. It still sucks.

Yes always had it. I try to watch a favourite film now so that it’s enjoyable.....pretty woman tonight x

Thanks @Goodmum1234 hope you're enjoying pretty woman.

I feel a little bit better having got my little one off to sleep. A bit worried about how she will cope with the adjustment of going back to school but hopefully it will be fine.

That Sunday night feeling. Hate it! For me it now usually starts on Sunday afternoon but is gone by dinner time.

It is the worst. I have a little routine which involves countryfile and doing the ironing but then once I've done that it is so hard to keep relaxed.

Yes, I made a conscious decision to tackle it and the two things I could think of are always having a walk on a sunday, for some light endorphins, and having a switch of half seven after which I am all ready for the week ahead and can either watch tv or have a bath. I'd love know other peoples routines.

Distraction is definitely a winner, we watched The Ranganation this evening which helped a bit

It hit me this evening that I must have spent so many Sunday evenings dreading the next morning Confused
