My son is 9 and I feel like therapy to help his emotions would be a huge benefit to him. I just can't seem to find anything when I Google it. Do I speak to a gp or is there somewhere to find these therapists?

Talk to school as they may have recommendations. I'd also consider play therapy as my 9yo has really benefited from it. Word of mouth is the best way to find therapists so try local Facebook groups and ask around friends too. Is it enough to approach camhs?

There are also some really good books for parents to work through with their kids on anxiety and anger etc.
