Red blood marks - sertraline

Been on sertraline for 7weeks now and have came out in red blood spots on tummy and also came on period earlier than should was wondering if anyone else ever had this as side effect before on sertraline..... feeling bit worried and will ring doctors tomorrow but as I googled it said some AD’s can give these sides effects

Hi I know this is old thread but did you find the cause ? Iv got red little mark on my leg and Iv been taking antidepressants lately

I had exactly this about 6 weeks after starting setraline, also on my stomach almost looked like blisters. Sent photos to GP and she said she didn’t know what they were but they’ve left a scar!
