Why do people say when u have anxiety ur lazy 🤔
It literally worst thing to say to someone who over-thinks every little thing ..

I’m sorry someone has said that. Really not what you need! And it doesn’t sound like you’ve been lazy.

Anxiety is completely exhausting, I feel almost paralysed by it.

Well done for asking for help!

Yes, I would love to have the option to just relax when in reality even when I’m sitting still my mind is racing.

What help have you asked for?

Lovemakesworldgoround · 19/02/2021 22:53

They offered counselling . Way im feeling tho think meds be better cause no idea how long counselling will take to start .

It’s a good idea to accept some medication too - hopefully they’ll help you with the physical side, waiting lists can be so long.
