So I rung my GP today in a state as my psychosis is coming back and I was referred to the psychiatrist urgently 6 months ago.
Turns out the referral was never made. I could have screamed. I went into minute detail with the female GP as she asked me about everything which caused me a lot of distress and then she forgot to do the referral!
I've been really struggling at work and this has held up all the help available to me at work.
Occupational Health says there is a lot they can help me with but cannot do anything without a diagnosis.
I'm so pissed off. I hope I get a referral today. Do they often do this.
