I have been feeling like you this week, but seeing light at the end of the dark tunnel. How are you feeling now? Best wishes

Sideorderofchips · 19/02/2021 22:10

The same. Felt this way for months. Since I found out my husband had an affair with my best friend.

Just feel like what's the point anymore

Hi Sideorderofchips,

We’re so sorry to hear that you’re feeling so low.

Please do consider contacting the Samaritans, by emailing [email protected] or calling 116 123. You can also see the resources in our Mental Health webguide.

Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, if you are really struggling it's really a good idea to seek real-life help and support as well.

It’s frustrating how everything is taking longer side I hope you can get your first session soon. I have found therapy very helpful.
