Complex PTSD and work

I really don't think I can go on. I've managed to go to work all my life with complex PTSD but I'm going to be 60 next year and I don't think I can go on.
I think I need to take medical retirement. If I can get disability which I probably can with this condition will i get any payments towards the rest of my mortgage? I have £35,000 left to pay and really it's a cheap house in the west country.
I'm wondering how I can really make ends meet but working in the NHS is making me psychotic again. The patients are great I have no trouble meeting their needs it's management and constantly piling work onto me that I can't get through because of anxiety and lack of concentration.

Well done for making it that far, would you give up completely or could you reduce your hours? I have CPTSD and gave up work when I had my daughter but I miss the distraction. I'm sure there are less stressful ways to keep yourself busy though!
