Covid funeral

I have a Covid funeral to attend and I am having anxiety and panic. I'm not sure why I am posting really. Help me get through this.

I want to run away but I will stay. I know it is not about me but I need strength. I know I ask a lot of the universe but please give me the strength. I don't need to believe in me, it is not about me, but I just need find a way through so I can be there for the people who need me. I promise I will keep trying to live better.
