I had a phone call appointment with my psychiatrist booked for today. Hadn’t spoken to him in two weeks so really needed to speak to him. But apparently he’s on holiday and failed to let me know. Now I won’t be able to speak to him for two weeks.
I’m so upset, I’ve hardly been sleeping the past week and it’s getting worse. I feel awful. I just wanted to speak to him see if he can do anything. But no I fucking can’t.
