Dizziness on sertraline

I’ve been on sertraline about a year or so and I still keep getting lightheaded and dizzy. Not so bad I think I’m going to pass out, but enough to be interfering with my life. It might not actually be the sertraline, maybe it’s something else? I’m on Levothyroxine too. I’m 43 and definitely not pregnant (sadly).

I'm on sertraline and have been getting dizzy spells lately but I think mine are migraine related. It's like a light headed feeling but I too have wondered if it's connected to the sertraline so it'll be interesting to see what others say

I get similar OP, although I generally have low BP and a resting heart rate around 45-50bpm, so I don't think these factors help!! Have been on Sertraline since April last year. It may be completely fine. If in doubt it's worth checking with your GP anyway as Sertraline can cause arrhythmias which could also result in those symptoms.

Thank you both. I do get migraines too sometimes so that might be contributing.
