Wwyd if you were hearing voices? I am diagnosed with BPD , depression and anxiety. I used to have a care coordinator but haven't spoken to them since October. I know its been triggered by an event over the weekend. Its worrying me. I don't know what to do.

If it was me I'd be very scared and would call <a class="break-all" href="//helplinewww.nhs.uk/service-search/mental-health/find-an-urgent-mental-health-helpline" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">the urgent mental health helpline for England
Not much help for you if you don't live in England but there should be something similar where you are.
I hope things get better for you soon.

Hi cpjoli, you are experiencing what is known as auditory hallucinations.

The NHS has some good advice here: www.nhs.uk/conditions/hallucinations/

There is a helpful UK website here:
www.hearing-voices.org/

Try to read through these tonight, keep calm and distracted, and phone your GP in the morning.

You are not alone.
