As a working mum who had post natal depression I spent so much time struggling to manage my emotions. I never felt in control and the depression felt impossible to overcome.
I didn’t realise that I could do something about it - I never realised I had the ability to change my reality, by changing what I think.
It took me a long time to realise I had the ability to change my reality - but when I did! Wow, my life changed.
So, for anyone struggling right now, you can change how you are feeling, you can regain control and live your life as you want to live it, not being dictated by your emotions! (As much as they tell you otherwise! 😉)
