Recently I have noticed that in work if there is a lot going on for example if we are busy and there is lots of talking going on I get overwhelmed and have to get away from the situation.
I've never felt like this before and not sure if its because of covid and limited contact with people.

It sounds as like you’re finding the situation too overwhelming and too much to take in so you need to move away. Anxiety can certainly make you feel like that. I also find I struggle to focus/concentrate so when too many people are talking or it’s very loud I find I can’t cope. I do yoga and have found some of the breathing techniques very helpful to slow down some of the panicky feelings. A simple one is to breathe in for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4 and hold for 4. If you can move away for a few moments and do that it might help you not feel so overwhelmed. I hope that helps.

Hi, it might be anxiety. A lot of people feeling more anxious than usual right now. I avoid caffeine (especially if I know I'm going into something that might make me anxious, exercise, rescue remedy and a heavy blanket at night. It's not a proper "weighted blanket" but I still think it helps. Hope this passes for you but please know lots of things you can do to help. Of course, if it keeps going or gets worse talk to your GP. Take care
