Splitting the dose

Hey... Just looking for experiences from others.
Does anyone split thier sertraline dose between morning and evening?

P. S i am in contact with my gp... Not looking to replace thier advice. Just experiences x

I have never thought about that. I take all in a one go in the evenings. I am interested to hear if it makes any difference

I don't but my gp has suggested taking different doses on different days before.

My midwife suggested this when I was pregnant; I can't remember the reason why (maybe something to do with sleep?). I didn't bother though.

I'm finding that I am much clear headed splitting the 100. But it's only been a few days. I'm struggling with a 10 day headache which I think is from the sertraline, hence the reduction and change in dose.

Will keep doing it until my next review next week
