Has anyone found their anxiety eased after giving birth?
I've always found hormones exacerbate my anxiety and the third trimester really ramped it up. It was t this bad with my first.
Obviously being in a pandemic doesn't help and I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy but I was managing okay!
My sleeps been really affected too and I'm relying on sleep aids to go to sleep.
Really praying it's hormonal and will improve after birth and the weeks and months thag follow. But looking for others stories.
