Talking Therapies Southwark is a primary mental health service in the NHS for adults with a Southwark GP. This service is for adults struggling with low mood and/or anxiety. We offer both individual and group treatment options, including online support, telephone and video sessions. We are keen to offer support to people during this challenging time and individuals can either refer themselves online, via telephone or ask their GPs to make a referral.
