Having a hideous time

Don't even know where to start. So low atm.
Multiple issues/areas. Couldn't explain here as too outing.
Badly in need of a handhold.

Things will get better. Someone once said to me that sometimes all you can do is just try to get through one day, sometimes even just the next hour when you feel this low. When I feel this bad, I try to just do that. Do you have any support ?

I've not told anyone. I've only told my gp a bit. She referred me but the wait is ridiculous. 18 months.
