Crying all day - should I call GP?

My MH has been up and down over the past 5 years but generally ok for some time until this lockdown. Also possibly going through peri menopause. My DC have some additional needs and aren't finding home schooling etc easy.

Today I'm so low, crying in front of the DC, this can't be good for them. I feel like it's situational depression.

Tomorrow I might wake up and feel ok though.

Is there any point trying to get ADs?

Sorry to hear you’re feeling so bad. It’s definitely worth having a chat with your GP, they may well suggest ADs or be able to refer you for counselling if you think that might help? If it is peri menopause there may be some hormonal treatment that could help? Definitely worth getting checked out Flowers

Thanks, I think counseling or therapy might help but guessing that's not an option right now?

I know in my area all the talking therapies are still going ahead over the phone / via Zoom so I assume they are doing the same in most places.
