Since December I've been suffering with acute stress and anxiety after my daughter (20) tested positive for covid
She works on the covid ward at the local hospital
It's been a very very long 7 weeks back and forth telephone calls with the doctor and a bad reaction to sertraline (causing me to be more anxious and panic attacks)
My daughter has had 6 days off work and I have felt in a better place during those 6 days but last night she returned to work and the anxiety and panic attacks are back full force I've had an extremely difficult night
I just dont know what to do as I cant exactly tell her to live elsewhere
I make her strip at the front door and get straight in the shower her uniform gets put straight in the wash on it's own and everything sprayed with disinfectant I dont know what else I can do to try and calm this anxiety down I feel like I'm going mad
Sorry just had to rant
