ADs (Sertraline) and Periods

Hello - my periods pre-Sertraline was like clockwork every 28 days.

Now the last two have been at alot earlier, is it known that this can happen as side effect? Im mid-40's so appreciate things aren't the same as I was at 25!!!

Yes a disrupted menstrual cycle is listed as a symptom :).

Possibly not the sertraline but perimenopause? Can also cause a whole host of hideous psychological issues....
