Feeling like I can’t go on

My marriage ended 3 years ago. I met a man and fell totally in love with him and his daughter. He is widowed so I became like a step mum to her. He’s ended it. I just feel I can’t cope with more pain and hurt and another break up. I’m so so sad and low. I don’t know what to do with myself.
