Any suggestions for staying motivated until things open again?
I'm in a slump and finding it hard to get up and do things which need tackling. I'm sure it is the lack of variety and lots of people are saying similar.
I have a 19 month old, live alone and live in a very dreary area with no easy to access walks without a car, other than just going to the high street and back.
At the moment I do counselling once a week, LO goes to nursery 4 hours a day, try to do a walk with her once or twice a week and I do some bible study and duolingo every couple of days.
I would like to be doing more with my free time but I find myself in a slump on my phone because of how heavy it all feels atm and my brain keeps being distracted looking for places to take my toddler as i dont think my subconscious has realised we are in lockdown yet.
Just wondering if anyone in similar, has found any good tips for staying upbeat and productive?
