Just thinking about all the people who have been horrid to me...and there are many.
My mum.abused me when I was a child and it has spiralled from there.
I was bullied at school and repeatedly in the workplace .
Mwn have treated me like shit and my dd dosn't respect me.
Wven mostbof my 'friends'have been compkete arseholes to me.
My saving grace is my lovely dp but I dont fet why such an amazing man puts upbwith me.
I never seem welcone in any workplace even though I work hard so its hard to keep a job.

Because people are angry or insecure or miserable, and lashing out makes them feel better, if only for a few seconds.

I had a boss who was bullying, aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant. I loved my job but the only way to work effectively with him was to be very calm and precise and not to rise to any provocation. Then he criticised me for being aloof. Smile. To him, the fact that I didn't snarl back at him made him even more irritated.

He wouldn't have been happy until we had all regressed to the jungle.
