My friend is going through a hard time and took an overdose it was only a few tablets is there any links or info for me to help my friend?

Where is she now, at home?

Yes she's home now, it was over the weekend. She has family around but I'd like to try and help in some way on a friend level.

You could send her a self care parcel, PJs,, bath stuff? But just letting her know you are there and allowing her time to speak will mean the most. You are a good friend by wanting to help.
Has she been given mental health support since the overdose?

Yes she has but she had it before , but now she will have more help which is good.
