Anyone ever just feel like that , every day life just crap nothing stays right .

Yes I have felt like that for a while and I spoke to the gp today who has prescribed sertraline

Sertraline is amazing stuff once it's kicked in.
Maybe visit GP for a chat

Hey OP :) as the others have mentioned, a trip to the GP could help. I'm on day 2 of sertraline so obviously haven't seen the benefit yet but I'm optimistic it'll come.

In the meantime do you want to talk about anything? You could tell us what's on your mind :).

To all PP above on sertraline, one thing I desperately wish mine and other GP's told people before going on it - coming off of it can be horrific. I've been on sertraline for around 6 years and while yes it absolutely does work, I've spent the past 6 months now trying to come off it.

Withdrawal symptoms are absolutely horrendous.

I hope you're okay and come through it okay.

I'll worry about that when I get to it though 😂. If it works I'd happily take it for life if they'd let me. Anything's better than how I've been feeling for years!

I had this with citlopram it was horrid and still suffering
