Anyone else struggle with loss?

I thought I’d kind of outgrown it...

It took me 5 years to get over ex leaving years ago.
It took me 2 years to cope with ds leaving home
I’m struggling to cope with dd 14 not being little anymore. I miss the little girl.
I’m already thinking ‘what if Dh dies first’

It’s tiring😢

I struggle with change rather than loss, but loss can very much come under that category.

My parents split up 6 years ago which was a sort of loss, and things have changed a lot because of it, and I still can't come to terms with the way things are.

I'm not sure that's the same thing.

I worry about DP dying first, though he's 21 years older than me so it's a distinct likeliness.
