I used to be on olanzapine 20mg and would sleep 10hrs now I'm on haloperidol 10mg and only sleep for 4 hours. The thing is whenever I felt overwhelming emotions on olanzapine I just had a nap to take a break but now on the haloperidol I can't do that and I'm struggling to cope.
