I'm trying to go into the new year healthier both physically and mentally.
I had a course of counselling a couple of years back but I think I need a top up. It's not possible at the moment so I'm thinking about books or similar.
I don't want to have to trawl through loads to find 'the one' so I'm hoping someone has some recommendations for me.

The Reading Well website has booklists for mental health and for long term conditions, with titles which have been chosen by health experts and people living with the conditions covered.

They also have lists of mood-boosting books chosen by readers and reading groups.

I hope you find something useful and have a healthier 2021.
