Dsis gets one only one every six months.

It depends on how stable I am. Normally every 6 months for a meds review but at the moment I’m weekly visits with my care coordinator and fortnightly reviews with the psychiatrist.

It was every 6 months or so but since covid I've heard nothing. Called the crisis line back before covid really kicked off and was told they couldn't help me while I was still on the wait list for counselling as I wasn't technically under them. They said to go have a shower and relax and they would get the relevant dept to call me. I never got a call back. I found myself a private therapist after that as I was suicidal and in danger. This all occurred a year ago and I've not had so much as a check in call since I told them I was stockpiling meds to kill myself. Those meds are still on repeat and they fill it every month.

NHS mental health services are absolutely woeful. If your Dsis wants decent care or any kind of effective psychological therapy she will probably have to go private.
