Hi, my eldest ds (30) has anxiety and depression. He is of a mind to think this is caused mainly by ADHD which is not diagnosed yet but the few telephone appointments he has received thus far have been indicating this too.
He is in the UK mental health system but he tells me the wait to see someone to actually get a diagnosis is still two years away.
I'm wondering if I bring him home to Wales he may get seen sooner. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this? I've heard Wales have an 18 week time limit to be started on treatment but does this really mean anything?
