Pretty sure I'm depressed but not sure if it's worth seeking help

I can feel myself getting depressed again (last time was PND about 2 years ago) the thing is the trigger for this is our current living situation.

We are temporarily living with my in laws and being here is just driving me down. We are scheduled to go back to our house in Feb / March.

I know once I'm home again I'll feel better so is it worth seeking help as I know the cure is coming

It’s good that you recognise it. Regardless of how it’s caused it really is worth seeking help. It’s easier to feel better and recover from the point you are at now than to pick yourself up from rock bottom in February/March. What if there is a delay?
Besides, you deserve to feel good now not just trudge on for 1/4 of a year feeling low.
I hope things improve for you soon Flowers

Hiya well I'd advise talking to your gp to get a more objective perspective
February March are a long way away.
Can you talk to friends about what's going on? What's your Ohs view?

Thank you.

I've spoken to DH and he is pretty fed up with the situation too. I can talk to him about how I feel. He thinks we should wait and see when we are home.
