BitTirednow, how long did you do it for? How many days a week?
Allhallows, did it cure your malaise then or not?

Hi hon, not that long, really - for about 5 months, one hour per week,(then we moved and I had to start over) and I have to say I was amazed at how cathartic it was - but I did connect really well with the counsellor, which was the foundation for its success, I think. I found it better at that stage than CBT as I just wanted someone to listen and not give me a coping strategy. HTH, ()
