Went to docs but saw HV first. Told her most of it and she said I had to tell the GP everything and if he wouldn't let me have the tabs long term she would talk to him.
Go in and see him. Tell him as much as I can and it was all in his plan to see how I got on without the tablets and I can stay on them long term if need be. He could have told me!!!
Agrees counselling isn't the way to go for me.
