The only thing I feel is anxiety.

I stress about things I've done in the past.
I'm anxious about what the future will bring.
I have no motivation to deal with the present.

I'm numb.
People seem to think I'm a positive person but If this is what I portray then why can't I actually feel them?

I'm a natural born worrier who loves a good "what if" but I don't think this has always been there, this is new.

What exactly do you worry about

What’s your set up life wise

How old are you

RednaxelasLunch · 26/11/2020 06:17

Sounds like depression. You can self help, contact GP.

I worry about everything, right now I've zoned in on my parenting and driving. I'm pretty sure I have Binge Eating Disorder so eating "right" is also a stressor.

I'm in my early 30's, 2 kids - 1 teen, 1 7 year old, married not entirely happy/nor particularly unhappy, work p/t to fit in with the kids (teen is Autistic) which is another sore point.

I want to help myself but I don't know where to start. I just want to "feel" again!

It’s worth trying an hours walk each day, meditation, getting quality sleep and chatting with friends. If things don’t improve it might be worth chatting to your GP
