Anyone up for a mini weekend-overhaul?

Anyone want to do a mini overhaul at the weekend? I see threads about doing an overhaul but I find it hard to keep up over a period of time. I want to make my well-being a little better this weekend so in no particular order here's my to do list:

Do a run and stretches (C25km)
Do 15mins of yoga
Find some basic weight bearing exercises I can do at home
Get decent nights sleep on Sat & Sun
Find a way of cutting back my social media use
Deep clean kitchen & windows
Do a freezer stock count
General tidy up
Make 2 week meal plan and put it on Calorie Counter app
Return clothes order and renew library books
Make progress on paperwork
Check diary - is anything actually coming up 😂/plan little things
Plan/get ahead on next week's work
Laundry
Naice soak in barth and straighten hair
Catch up with at least 1 friend/family

I had a pretty low week and I do find lists help...even better sharing them. I know when Sat comes I won't want to do any of it but at least by writing a list and sharing it I've got some place to start.

Ooh yes! Mini ‘spa’ weekend. Might actually eat some veg/ excersise!

@Magicsprinkles Mini spa weekend has a good sound to it. Spa stay-cation Grin. I forget I always feel better with more veg-I had a distinct lack this week as I couldn't get a delivery slot but I got one for yesterday so the fridge is happy.

Ho Ho glad fridge is happy! Hope you’re happy too! That’s a long list. My intentions are spa, the reality may be..
Murder husband
After I get him to stop walking mud all over the house grrr.
Let kids get own dinner..actually just leave a big pile of crisps for them to jump into!
Snuggle by fire and read book
Eat lots of chocolate oranges..surely that’s veg!

  • just like a real spa!
I will be very interested to see how you get on😀🥂👍😜

Here's my mid-day update:

Naice soak in barth - DONE
Do a run and stretches (C25km) - DONE
Catch up with at least 1 friend/family - DID AN ONLINE GROUP
Laundry - IN PROGRESS
Do a freezer stock count - PART WAY
Return clothes order and renew library books - DOING

It's helping having a list as really struggling with motivation/cba'itis.

I feel I have to come back and update that I got a deep clean done, some laundry and decided what to do about Christmas. Not quite the mini overhaul but I think that was more my frustration about slow progress than anything else.
