I have been on sertraline for a couple of weeks now. The headaches are helped by aspirin and the nausea is starting to fade. But the real problem is that at about 5am I get a terrible stomach ache and sometimes diarrhea too. This lasts until just after breakfast typically and also make it hard to sleep.
Does anyone else have this and is there anything you can do about it?
