Hi, I have to kids aged 8 and 2. Anyway lived in my current flat for 2 years. Basically 2 weeks ago I seen a mouse in the kitchen, I ran out screaming. Stayed with family, pest patrol came filled holes, laid bait and snap traps. So after a few days I had no option but to go back, I just avoided the kitchen, basically been eating takeaways for dinner and junk all day. Last week the pest patrol came for 2nd visit(a week after first) and no mouse on traps and no baits touched, so I felt a little more reassured. Anyway Monday night I was in bed with my 2 year old asleep. And a mouse jumped out from behind the radiator and ran behind furniture on my bedroom, I screams and jamp up, had to phone my sons dad who I'm not with to come at midnight. I couldn't move of the bed, (I'm terrified of them, I came to the conclusion I must have a phobia badly) so he came and backed a bag and I went to my sisters with kids at 1am.i went yesterday to get clothes and I went in the hallway and left I just couldn't I was litteraly shaking, so never got anything. Today I went to let the pest control man in and there was a mouse in one of the snaptraps under the kickboard in the kitchen. I then pulled everything out and there was droppings under the sofa in the living room. So now I no there's not any room that's free of them. Also they are in bother flats threw the other sides of the walls and on some of the lower flats.
All week I've been speaking with my housing, I've also got the MP. I've been looking for private lets ect. I can't go back now after that in the bedroom there's no way I could sleep. I don't know what to do, I have no were to stay, the family I'm staying with dont have spare rooms so I'm litteraly in the living room and with 2 kids it's just a nightmare. What can I do? I just feel like giving up I've had enough and just feel like there's no help anywhere

Sorry to hear. Unfortunately mice are v common and pretty harmless so you need to try and stay calm and deal with them as best as you can. You will get rid of them don't worry.
Have you tried headspace or any breathing exercises for your anxiety?
