Cbd gummy’s

Has anyone tried them
For anxiety/ if so do they work
Or would proper medication be better

I have been using cbd oil for a couple of years now and it has really helped with my anxiety / sleep. Not tried the gummies but sure they would work in the same way. Have you been recommended any brands by anyone?

The brand I am currently using is called Paso but I have also used CB11 in the past which was also very good. But the website I found them though is called www.cbdguide.uk

Pretty sure they have some gummies on there too. May be worth a look x

How much do you pay for yours

I have used cheaper ones before and I can now really tell the difference.I would say don't go for anything under £20. But it also depends on size and strength (to add further confusion ) . The one I am using atm is about £50. It is expensive but it has made such a difference controlling my anxiety, especially recently it is totally worth it.

If they have good reviews then go for it

Try the gummies. My MIL said they really helped her, but everyone is different. If they don't work for you, speak to a doctor about medicine.

CBD (of the UK, no-THC variety) doesn’t work at all for me. Literally nothing. Tried a few and bought the supposed ‘vest’ ones but didn’t even slightly help my sleep or anxiety.

Ive got them but i cant take them wilst taking beta blockers
