CCI Health website has loads of CBT based self help resources for a number of different issues, they have info sheets and work books and completely free.

Please try BetterHelp. It's an online counselling platform and cheaper than most face to face and online ones be researched. If you have financial difficulties you get a discounted rate.

I used a few of the CCI workbooks recommended by my NHS therapist and them very useful. They’re free online.

Personally I didn’t find Betterhelp any good - the online therapists (tried 2 after the first was was rubbish) were American, didn’t understand my situation at all, the cultural divide was huge, just full of generic platitudes. Shame it’s a good idea.
